• Prices are per apartment for up to 2 people

  • each additional person plus 15.00 Euro/day (children < 2 years do not count)

• all prices include taxes

• In addition, a tourist tax and a tourism contribution for the municipality of Feldberg must be paid

  • 3.50 euros/day for adults aged 16 and over

  • 1.60 euros/day for children aged 6 and over

  • free for children under 6 years

  • everything as of 2023

• A security deposit may be charged, which will be refunded after departure unless there are any claims

• Payment terms (unless otherwise confirmed by the respective owner):

  • 20% within 5 days of booking

  • Rest no later than 60 days before arrival

  • For short-term bookings less than 60 days before arrival, the total price is due immediately

• Cancellation policy (unless otherwise confirmed by the respective owner):

  • within 48 hours of booking 100%

  • up to 60 days before arrival 80% refund of the total cost

  • from 59 days before arrival 50% refund of the total cost

  • from 21 days before arrival 20% refund of the total cost
